Kragtwijk Finest Food is a specialist in Jewish food laws. The rules on food fall under the Jewish food laws, known as kashrut. Food that complies with these food laws is considered clean and is called kosher. Some products are permissible, others are not or only if produced under Rabbinical supervision.

Kragtwijk Finest Food’s kosher cuisine meets the regulations of the Rabbinate of Amsterdam. The Rabbinate of Amsterdam represents the highest level of kashrut certification in Europe and is headed by the internationally respected rabbi Eliezer Wolff.
